Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Salesforce Developer at UST, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing top-notch Salesforce applications to fulfill the evolving CRM needs. Your responsibilities will include utilizing Salesforce APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura for web development, guaranteeing platform stability, functionality, and security. Your expertise in problem-solving and profound knowledge of Salesforce CRM, particularly in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud, will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with project managers to grasp business requirements - Develop tailored solutions within Salesforce, focusing on scalability and performance - Design, code, and deploy Salesforce applications - Establish project timelines and development objectives - Test, debug, and resolve issues in Salesforce applications - Ensure application security and maintain integrity - Provide technical documentation and training to Salesforce personnel - Engage with stakeholders to achieve business goals Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Salesforce Development, including APEX, SOQL, LWC, Aura Web Components, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Hands-on experience in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud - Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce configuration, declarative development, and Salesforce Flows - Strong skills in GIT, Salesforce Deployments, code review, and best practices - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology - Excellent communication skills for client interaction Additional Details: - Educational Background: Bachelors/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering Note: Good-to-have skills include Salesforce Dev I Certification, background in Retail Business, Project Management, Problem-Solving Skills, and International Work Exposure.,
