Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve enterprise trouble tickets and escalate high-priority issues as per SLA.
Develop, maintain, and optimize Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins automation pipelines.
Manage GitHub operations — repositories, branches, tags, and workflows using GitHub Actions.
Contribute to incident reduction and perform root cause analysis for major issues.
Mentor team members and update knowledge base (SOPs, KB articles).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely resolution and process improvements.
Support compliance, audit readiness, and change management activities.

Mandatory Skills

Cloud Platform: Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform
Configuration Management: Ansible
CI/CD Tools: Jenkins (build & deployment pipelines)
Version Control: GitHub (repos, branches, tags, actions)

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of networking, storage, and backup technologies
Understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise IT infrastructure
Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, ServiceNow)
