Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gandhinagar for a Lead Human Resources Business Partner. The Lead HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role includes overseeing performance management processes, providing HR guidance, and supporting organizational development. This position requires close collaboration with all levels of the organization, promoting a positive work culture and improving HR effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR Policies and general Human Resources (HR)
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Gandhinagar
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus
• Proven experience in a similar HR leadership role
