Job Title: Lead HR Business Partner (HRBP) Experience: 5 to 7 Years Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore Shift: Day or Mid Shift About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Lead - HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Marathahalli, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in core HRBP roles, demonstrating a strong ability to align people strategies with business objectives, drive employee engagement, and partner with leadership to build a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. Drive talent management initiatives including performance management, succession planning, and employee development. Support and coach managers on employee relations, team dynamics, and leadership development. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Compensation teams to support end-to-end employee lifecycle. Lead and manage change initiatives and support organizational development efforts. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies across functions. Ensure compliance with HR policies, practices, and local labor laws. Requirements: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive HR initiatives. Strong understanding of HR functions such as talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. Experience in managing mid to large employee populations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
