Role & responsibilities Employee Relations: • Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers on workplace issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. • Foster a positive work environment by implementing policies and practices that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. Performance Management: • Guide managers in performance review processes, goal setting, and employee development plans. • Analyze and address performance gaps by providing actionable feedback and interventions Change Management: • Partner with business leaders to manage organizational changes, including restructuring, mergers, or new initiatives. • Ensure smooth transitions by communicating changes effectively and addressing employee concerns. HR Analytics and Reporting: • Leverage HR data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the business unit. • Provide reports on key HR metrics, such as employee turnover, engagement levels, and training effectiveness.
