Global Incentive Programs

Key Responsibilities

Design and roll out new global incentive plans for leadership roles (cash and stock-based).
Oversee end-to-end management of existing incentive programs.
Conduct benchmarking, modeling, to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
Drive automation and process improvements for seamless program governance

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Sound understanding of short-term and long-term incentive frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and exposure to compensation tools/systems

Preferred Profile

10+ years of experience in
Compensation & Benefits
