Global Incentive Programs

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and roll out new global incentive plans for leadership roles (cash and stock-based).
  • Oversee end-to-end management of existing incentive programs.
  • Conduct benchmarking, modeling, to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
  • Drive automation and process improvements for seamless program governance

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Sound understanding of short-term and long-term incentive frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel

    and exposure to compensation tools/systems

Preferred Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in
