Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Form close working partnerships with team leads and supervisors across the in-scope population for initiatives.
  • Train and coach assigned team managers on strategic programs' learning content through weekly classroom-based training sessions.
  • Analyze, explain, and maintain the accuracy of performance data for assigned teams using program tooling and methodologies.
  • Support and coordinate desk-side observations with team members to document process, people, and performance opportunities.
  • Facilitate daily team 'huddles', ensuring adherence to best practices and articulating key metrics and deviations.
  • Conduct coaching 1:1 sessions with team managers to discuss performance data insights and challenges.
  • Champion the program methodology post-deployment by checking and challenging efficiency plans and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in future cohorts.
  • Enable a culture of high performance that is collaborative and focused on continuous learning and improvement.
  • Set and implement strategic objectives and vision for business functions in support of the Bank's strategic direction.
  • Deliver business, program, and financial objectives by embedding 'new ways of working' methodologies and assessing implementation against defined KPIs.
  • Ensure ongoing training and development of team members, with a focus on succession planning for critical roles.
  • Review team structure and capacity plans, setting and monitoring job descriptions and objectives for direct reports.

Skills Required:

  • Proven expertise in Change Management and Engineering Change Management within large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of Operational Excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen).
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in performance management frameworks, process improvement, and organizational change delivery.
  • Experience working in management consulting or within a Center of Excellence (CoE) environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret performance data and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills for conducting workshops, coaching sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies; CSM or CSSBB certification is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
  • Capability to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement.
