You’ll play a critical role in keeping the opportunity pipeline fresh, focused, and actionable.
· Identify relevant leads across job boards, company websites, platforms like LinkedIn, Internet and other digital signals based on research and industry understanding.
· Use AI tools (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Perplexity) to enhance research, summarize opportunities, and extract insights.
· Maintain well-organized records of leads with all relevant data points: company, domain, job role, seniority, contact info (if available), etc.
· Spot and track patterns in industry hiring or team expansion activity.
· Update lead tracking systems regularly and ensure information is current and actionable.
· 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, business research, or sales enablement.
· Strong working knowledge of AI tools for research and discovery.
· Familiarity with job discovery platforms like LinkedIn, AngelList, Naukri, or company career portals.
· Highly organized, detail-focused, and effective in remote, async environments.
· Clear communicator — able to synthesize and hand off information effectively to others.
· Experience working in SaaS, product engineering, or the technology sector.
· Exposure to outbound workflows, prospecting, or sales coordination.
