🔧 Key Responsibilities

✅ Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the

    primary point of contact

    for clients
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Understand client expectations and suggest scalable technical solutions
  • Ensure client satisfaction and address escalations swiftly

✅ Project Delivery & Execution

  • Lead

    end-to-end delivery

    of simulation and 3D visualization projects
  • Manage

    scope, timelines, resources

    , and

    risk mitigation

  • Ensure delivery meets

    technical and business goals

✅ Account Growth & Retention

  • Create and execute

    account growth strategies

  • Identify

    new opportunities

    within existing client portfolios
  • Handle

    contract renewals

    , negotiations, and expansion plans

✅ Internal Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with

    engineering, design, marketing, and sales

  • Bridge

    technical understanding

    with

    client needs

  • Communicate delivery progress with stakeholders clearly

✅ Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and report

    account performance KPIs

  • Suggest and implement

    process improvements

    for better outcomes


đŸ’Œ Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience

    leading solution-based delivery in

    CAD, Web 3D, or Digital Twin

    domains
  • Hands-on background in

    simulation product development

    is

    a must

  • Technical foundation

    in

    engineering, CAD

    , or

    3D visualization technologies

  • Excellent

    communication, presentation, and stakeholder management

    skills
  • Proficiency in tools like

    PowerPoint, CRM systems, and documentation platforms

  • Proven ability to collaborate with

    cross-functional teams

  • Self-driven

    , highly organized, and able to manage multiple accounts in parallel

  • Experience with

    Ansys suite of products

  • Prior success in a

    fast-paced startup environment

  • Experience in

    lead generation and outbound sales

    is a plus
