As an Onboarding Analyst at impress.ai, your main responsibility will be to serve as the primary Point of Contact for impress.ai implementations for leading organizations regionally and globally. You will play a crucial role in understanding clients" business requirements, configuring the platform to meet those requirements, training and onboarding clients, and setting them up for long-term success.
