Job Description

As an Onboarding Analyst at impress.ai, your main responsibility will be to serve as the primary Point of Contact for impress.ai implementations for leading organizations regionally and globally. You will play a crucial role in understanding clients" business requirements, configuring the platform to meet those requirements, training and onboarding clients, and setting them up for long-term success. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Onboarding project manager to ensure seamless client onboarding and implementation. - Work cross-functionally with customer success, account management, operations engineering, and product teams to facilitate customer onboarding. - Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients to comprehend their business processes and needs. - Design appropriate onboarding plans in coordination with the Customer Success team, including workflow templates and platform configurations. - Conduct client trainings and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure platform alignment with client requirements. - Lead the launch strategy, plan, and process for each client, ensuring a successful handover to the Account management team. - Generate necessary documentation like requirements specifications and meeting minutes to foster transparency and effective team collaboration. - Provide feedback on product roadmaps and feature enhancements related to the onboarding process. - Develop customizable onboarding packs/programs tailored to individual customer needs, including standard decks and documentation to streamline client onboarding. Qualifications: - Certifications or completed courses in Cloud Computing, AI, Project Management, Business Analysis, or SaaS are advantageous. - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in an IT company. - An engineering-related degree is beneficial, especially for understanding SaaS platform configuration.
