Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generator at 0xblock in Rajkot. The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, developing and implementing lead generation strategies, and collaborating with the business development team to achieve sales goals. The role involves conducting market research, building relationships with prospects, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads within target industries and regions.
• Use various channels (LinkedIn, online databases, email marketing, etc.) to generate leads.
• Qualify leads to ensure alignment with our target client profile.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of lead activities and follow-up efforts in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.
• Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
