Zocdoc s most important asset is our people. As a Lead Generation Team Lead, you will have end-to-end ownership of planning and execution of projects assigned to the team. Youll be responsible for supervising and managing the resources, performance management, coaching, and ensuring productivity, quality benchmarks and SLAs are met consistently.

You ll enjoy this role if you

• Have excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills


• Have a strong understanding of automation tools and process optimization techniques


• Oversee projects from start to finish, including tasks like data analysis, visualization, testing, deployment, and documentation to evaluate outcomes and measure success effectively


• Design and build customized queries and dashboards to fulfill data requests and support business decision-making


• Are passionate about coaching and growing team members


• Have a fervent flame to learn and adapt to the changing business strategies


• Are remarkable at time management, prioritization, and resource planning


• Have an experience in Lead Generation/prospecting and comfortable working under pressure to accomplish the departmental objectives


• Are flexible working in any shift including evening shifts(as per project requirement)

Your day-to-day is

• Allocation of work, performance management, and cross functional collaboration to help the team deliver efficient results with high quality


• Acting as first point of contact for stakeholders and manage conflicts


• Ensuring project quality meets the expectations through regular audits of research, listening to call recordings and sharing timely feedback


• Owning training & documentation for new projects, and planning for resources/budgeting efficiently


• Conducting interviews and collaborating with the hiring team to reduce the turnaround time for onboarding of new candidates

You ll be successful in this role if you have

• A Bachelor s degree from reputed institution


• 5+ years of experience with 2+ years as a Team Lead


• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, dashboards)


• Excellent verbal and written communication


• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights


• Strong interpersonal and team skills


• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment


• Knowledge/basic understanding of CRM (Salesforce),Project management, Tableau, Power BI, and preparing dashboards would be an added advantage (good to have, not mandatory)
