Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through various online and offline channels, nurturing them through the sales funnel, and contributing directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
  • Identify target audiences and key decision-makers through research and data analysis.
  • Generate high-quality B2B/B2C leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, email marketing, Google Ads, and social media campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain lead databases using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce).
  • Qualify and nurture leads to ensure a steady flow of opportunities for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with campaign goals.
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of lead generation campaigns and optimize for better results.
  • Stay updated with the latest lead generation trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in lead generation, business development, or demand generation.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing, and data-driven prospecting.
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, or similar.
  • Familiarity with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B lead generation for technology, SaaS, or digital marketing industries.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and content marketing for inbound lead generation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of qualified leads generated per month.
  • Conversion rate of leads to opportunities.
  • Engagement rate in email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
  • ROI from lead generation campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
