Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesUse AI-driven tools and platforms (CRM automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, web scraping tools, AI chatbots, data enrichment tools) to identify prospective IT and corporate clients. Generate and qualify leads for office leasing requirements (SEZ / Non-SEZ / managed offices / co-working). Build and maintain a target database of decision-makers such as Admin Heads, Facility Managers, HR, CXOs, and Real Estate Heads. Analyze market data to identify companies planning expansion, relocation, or consolidation in Pune. Automate outreach through AI-powered email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, and follow-ups. Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on budget, location, size requirement, and timeline. Coordinate closely with the Leasing & Sales team to hand over qualified leads. Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in the CRM system. Continuously optimize lead generation strategies using AI analytics and performance insights.
