Job Description

Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Identification & Sourcing:

Research and identify potential leads using web research and tools
Conduct in-depth research to understand prospects' needs and align them with our services.

Outreach Communication:

Engage prospects through email campaigns, phone calls, and social media platforms.
Develop personalized outreach strategies to effectively connect with decision-makers

Lead Qualification:

Assess and qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and potential fit for our services.
Ensure leads meet predefined criteria before passing them to the sales team.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth transitions of qualified leads.
Share insights and feedback to improve lead generation strategies.

Nurturing Relationships:

Build and maintain relationships with prospects through ongoing communication and follow-ups.
Manage lead nurturing efforts to keep prospects engaged.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate and organized lead data in CRM systems
Track outreach efforts, update lead statuses, and generate reports on progress.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Attend virtual networking events or webinars to expand lead sources.

Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role (preferably in the digital marketing/web design industry).
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot, Salesforce, and email marketing platforms.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Knowledge of digital marketing and web design services is a plus.
Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US/North America market hours.
