About the Role

Inside Sales Business Development Intern

Role & responsibilities

Handle
inbound inquiries
and follow up with warm leads.
Conduct
outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication
to potential customers.
Explain products/services, resolve queries, and guide leads through the sales process.
Schedule appointments and demos for the business development team.
Maintain and update
CRM systems
, lead sheets, and sales reports.
Work with sales executives to support
deal closures and conversions
.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead engagement and pipeline building.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and follow-up messages.

Preferred candidate profile

Pursuing BBA/BMS/MBA/Commerce/Marketing or related courses
Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills
Confidence in speaking with clients over phone/video calls
Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and lead generation
Good listening skills and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, CRM tools preferred)
