Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead Management & Qualification

Handle inbound inquiries from online portals, digital campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads to generate interest.
Understand customer requirements, budget, location preference, and buying timeline.
Qualify leads based on internal parameters before assigning them to the Sales Team.
Maintain high call-connect and follow-up ratio.

Customer Engagement & Communication

Provide accurate information about project features, pricing, location, plans, and amenities.
Address initial queries and objections professionally to build trust.
Schedule and confirm site visits with prospects.
Ensure prospects receive brochures, videos, floor plans, and other marketing materials.
Maintain a strong rapport and positive customer experience throughout pre-sales interactions.

Coordination With Sales & Marketing

Coordinate closely with Sales Team for smooth lead handover.
Share daily updates on lead pipeline, status, and site visit confirmations.
Provide customer feedback and insights to the marketing team to improve campaigns.
Update CRM with accurate information on all leads, follow ups, and interactions.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily/weekly MIS reportscalls made, leads worked on, qualified leads, and conversion percentages.
Track lead status until closure or disqualification.
Ensure 100% CRM hygiene and real-time data updates.
