If you’re passionate about outbound sales, skilled at writing persuasive emails, and love turning cold leads into warm conversations, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Research and build targeted prospect lists based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) Source and validate email contacts using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Hunter, Snov.io Write compelling, personalized cold emails with strong subject lines and CTAs Set up and manage outreach sequences via Lemlist, Instantly, or Mailshake Monitor performance metrics: open rates, CTR, responses, meeting conversion Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness Engage with warm leads and book qualified meetings Maintain lead data in CRMs like HubSpot or Pipedrive Stay up to date on best practices around email deliverability, compliance, and spam avoidance Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in cold email outreach, lead generation, or SDR roles Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English Deep understanding of B2B buyer behavior and outbound strategies Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, Snov.io, Hunter, Lemlist Proficient in CRM tools ( HubSpot, Pipedrive ) Strong research, analysis, and campaign management skills Organized, proactive, and performance-driven Why Join Our Client?
