Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, social media, and databases
• Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of leads and prospects in CRM
• Collaborate with the sales/business development team to schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads
• Track and report weekly/monthly lead generation progress
• Stay informed about market trends and competitors to spot new opportunities

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Excel, and online research
• Goal-oriented and able to work independently
• Good time management and organizational skills
