We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our remote team. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who excels at identifying and engaging with potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our future clients, setting the foundation for our sales success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting:

    Identify and research potential new clients and target markets through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and lead databases.
  • Outreach:

    Execute strategic outreach campaigns using a combination of cold calling, email marketing, and social media messaging to initiate conversations with prospects.
  • Lead Qualification:

    Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they are a strong fit for our services and have a genuine need.
  • Appointment Setting:

    Successfully schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Database Management:

    Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on all lead activities and interactions.
  • Reporting:

    Track and report on key performance metrics, such as the number of calls made, emails sent, and appointments set.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in a similar lead generation, business development, or sales role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet and exceed targets.
  • A solid understanding of our industry and services to effectively communicate our value proposition.
