Job Title: Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist – Real Estate

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to manage and execute online campaigns that generate high-quality leads for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital marketing, paid ads, SEO, social media, and lead funnels, with a proven track record in real estate marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive qualified leads through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Manage end-to-end lead generation campaigns including planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM dashboards).
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversions.
  • Implement SEO strategies (on-page/off-page) to increase organic reach.
  • Manage social media presence and content to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Research market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to refine campaigns.
  • Build and maintain databases for email/SMS/WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure marketing activities comply with real estate regulations and company guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing & lead generation, preferably in real estate.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, CPL, CPC, CPM, and ROI tracking.
  • Excellent skills in copywriting, ad creatives, and campaign optimization.
  • Knowledge of automation tools (HubSpot, Zapier, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
