Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (US shift)

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Salary: 25,000 - 35,000

Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is key to expanding our client base by identifying potential customers, generating high-quality leads, and supporting our sales pipeline. You will leverage your research, outreach, and communication skills to connect with businesses that can benefit from our digital marketing and development services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads in the US & Canadian markets for our digital marketing and development services.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and decision-maker contacts.
• Scarp leads and manage campaigns through following tools: Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Smartlead.ai etc.
• Maintain lead databases and track activities using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design and execute lead generation strategies.
• Consistently build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with targeted, qualified leads.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales support (preferably in digital marketing, IT services, or SaaS).
• Hands-on experience with: Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Smartlead.ai etc. or similar tools
• Strong research skills and ability to map industries, companies, and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting lead targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, or digital marketing trends is a plus.
