About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist with 2+ years of experience in generating qualified leads for Mobile App Development, Website Development, and Digital Marketing Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for targeting businesses across international markets, with a strong initial focus on the Middle East and Europe, and ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality leads that contribute directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate 25 qualified leads per month for digital solutions and marketing services.
  • Target businesses globally (USA, Canada, Europe, Middle East, Australia, Asia, Africa), with initial focus on the Middle East and European markets.
  • Perform daily outreach through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other professional channels with personalized messages.
  • Conduct structured follow-ups with non-responders and warm leads to maintain engagement and move them through the pipeline.
  • Ensure lead quality by focusing on businesses with potential deal sizes of at least USD 10,000 (digital solutions) and USD 2,000 (marketing services)
  • Collaborate with the sales and closing team to schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor strategies, and regional demands to refine lead generation efforts.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to optimize messaging, targeting strategies, and conversion tactics.

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in international lead generation or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp business communication, and CRM tools (Zoho preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage prospects effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Flexible and proactive approach, with a willingness to work beyond standard hours when required.
  • Familiarity with mobile app development, web solutions, and digital marketing industry trends is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
