Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist, based in Gurugram. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for managing property sales, providing investment advisory services, and developing real estate opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying client needs, facilitating property showings, and negotiating sales transactions.

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales
• Understanding of Real Property
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Familiarity with market trends and technology in real estate
• Relevant certification or degree in real estate or related field is a plus
