Lead Generation Specialist

• Market Research & Prospect Identification: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, or businesses interested in trading, wealth management, or investment banking services. This involves analyzing market trends and identifying target demographics.
• Outreach and Initial Contact: Initiate contact with prospects through various channels, including personalized emails, phone calls (cold calling), social media platforms like LinkedIn, and industry events. The goal is to introduce the firm's services and assess initial interest.
• Lead Qualification: Use specific criteria (e.g., investment capital, authority to make decisions, need for specific financial products, and timing for investment—the BANT framework is often used) to evaluate a lead's potential and readiness to engage further.
• Lead Nurturing: Build rapport and maintain relationships with "warm" or "cold" leads by providing valuable, relevant content (e.g., market analysis reports, whitepapers on investment strategies, webinar invitations) to guide them through the sales funnel.
• CRM Management: Accurately log, track, and manage all prospect interactions and data using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure a smooth handoff to the sales or account management team.
• Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and refine messaging, as well as with the sales team to ensure qualified leads meet their requirements and to gather feedback on lead quality.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and report on key metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL), and return on investment (ROI) to optimize future lead generation strategies.
