Lead Generation Specialist – HR regulatory compliance

Role : Lead Generation Specialist

Location- Chennai & Madurai

Office timing - 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

About the Role

Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
Identify HR pain points (payroll, compliance, attendance, performance) and map them to HRMS features.
Maintain CRM data and schedule demos with the sales team.
Achieve monthly lead-generation targets.

Requirements

2–5 years’ experience in
HR SaaS lead generation
.
Strong understanding of HR processes in India.
Proficiency in CRM and prospecting tools (Zoho, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
