Lead Generation Specialist

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role as a Lead Generation Specialist located in Mumbai. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for generating new leads, communicating effectively, conducting sales activities, and conducting research to drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities :

● Identify and research potential clients using platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, Sulekha, Justdial etc…

● Build and maintain segmented prospect lists based on industry, company size, and geography.

● Execute cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls targeting decision-makers

● Nurture and follow up with prospects to convert them into qualified leads.

● Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to align on target audience, messaging, and campaign goals.

● Share marketing content (case studies, brochures, pitch decks) during outreach to build trust and interest.

● Understand and clearly communicate the company’s technical services

● Track key performance metrics such as leads generated, conversion rates, email responses, and meeting setups.

● Use tools like ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to improve lead generation efficiency.

● Demonstrate strong communication skills, persistence, time management, and a basic understanding of tech services.

Desired Candidates :

● Skills in New Leads and Lead Generation via Linkedin, Apollo, and similar tools

● 2-3 YRS of hands-on experience working as a lead generation role

● Strong Communication and Sales abilities

● Profi ciency in conducting Research

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

● Experience in the tech or industrial sector is a plus

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
