Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executive to help us expand our IT services clientele. This is an on-site role based in Bhopal , requiring work during EST business hours . Key Responsibilities: Identify and target relevant companies for IT project conversations Conduct strategic outreach via bulk emailing, LinkedIn, and other platforms Use tools like Lusha, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation Qualify decision-makers and initiate contact with key stakeholders Create and execute strategies to build a strong client acquisition pipeline Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs Continuously explore new methods and tools for generating high-quality leads Who Should Apply? 1–4 years of experience in IT sales/client acquisition Proven experience with lead generation tools like Apollo.io, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Strong understanding of IT services (web, mobile, data, and cloud) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong research skills to identify the right point of contact within a company Self-driven, strategic, and aggressive approach to sales Willingness to work onsite (Bhopal office) and during EST hours Why Join GrayCellAmerica?
