Job Overview: The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for generating high-quality leads and opportunities that will contribute to our sales pipeline. You will leverage multiple tools, platforms, and strategies to identify, engage, and nurture potential clients, with a goal of driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential leads through various sources including LinkedIn, industry events, social media, and market research tools. Conduct outreach to prospects via phone, email, and social media to engage and qualify leads. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads that meet the sales team’s criteria. Utilize CRM software to track leads, record interactions, and follow up on all opportunities. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies for lead generation campaigns. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of lead generation efforts, providing recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to better understand the market and target audience. Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events (if applicable) to gather leads and build industry connections. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies (SEO, content marketing, PPC) is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
