About the Role

Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through

  cold calls, outbound emails, and LinkedIn outreach

• Nurture prospects through structured follow-up and engagement
• Maintain a high call-to-connect and email response ratio
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients
• Track and report daily/weekly lead generation activities
• Research target accounts and maintain accurate CRM data

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum

  1 year experience

  in lead generation / inside sales
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal – English)
• Experience in

  cold calling & cold emailing

• Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into qualified opportunities
• Prior experience with good

  ticket sizes and successful client closures

• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus
