Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to focus on building pipeline and driving qualified opportunities for our Email & Cloud Solutions portfolio (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure, and Webtel’s Cloud Solutions). The role emphasizes prospecting, research, and initial client engagement, ensuring the sales team has a steady flow of qualified leads to pursue.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Research, identify, and qualify potential customers for Email & Cloud Solutions.
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn & Client References.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Nurture leads through regular engagement and follow-ups.

Pre-Sales Support:

  • Engage with prospects to understand high-level business needs.
  • Schedule and coordinate product demos, presentations, or meetings with the sales team.
  • Prepare and share basic proposals/quotations for email & cloud solutions.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified opportunities.
  • Track, maintain, and update CRM systems with lead activity.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on lead generation performance.

Job Specifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation/Inside Sales/Business Development (preferably in IT, SaaS, or Cloud Solutions).
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, and Cloud adoption trends.
  • Experience in prospecting, cold calling, and email campaigns.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow structured engagement processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
