Job Title: Lead Generation Executive – Web, Mobile & Game Development (Onsite – Noida) 📍 Location: Noida (Onsite) 🏢 Company Overview: We are a fast-growing IT services company specializing in Web Development , Mobile App Development , and Game Development . We're looking for a proactive and driven Lead Generation Executive who can build a strong pipeline of potential clients through LinkedIn and other online platforms , with a focus on Onsite/Hybrid opportunities in Noida . 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential clients on LinkedIn , focusing on companies based in Noida. Generate qualified leads for Web, Mobile, and Game development services. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to find decision-makers (CTOs, Product Managers, HR, etc.). Send personalized connection requests, follow-up messages, and schedule discovery calls. Maintain a lead database (Excel/CRM/HubSpot). Collaborate with the sales and tech team to convert leads into opportunities. Track engagement metrics and report weekly performance. ✅ Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or LinkedIn outreach , preferably in IT services. Strong understanding of Web, Mobile, and Game development service offerings. Excellent written English and communication skills. Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Waalaxy, or HubSpot is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. ⭐ Preferred Skills: Prior experience in generating onsite Noida. Understanding of basic technologies (React, Flutter, Unity, etc.) to qualify leads effectively.
