Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Location: India - Remote

Education: MBA preferred

Experience: 3+ years in B2B lead generation, sales, or marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through research, campaigns, and outreach
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies across email, LinkedIn, webinars, and more
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts with Cloud Raptor’s growth goals
  • Maintain accurate lead records in CRM systems
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in tech or consulting
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for results
