Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) Experience Required: 1-3 Years Industry: IT Services / Software Development About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist with a proven track record in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads for IT service-based businesses. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with B2B lead generation strategies, tools, and campaigns to drive consistent sales pipeline growth. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, and other online/offline channels. Generate high-quality leads in the IT services and software development domain. Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and decision-making process. Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute targeted lead generation campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets. Analyse and report on lead generation performance, suggesting improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications 1 to 3 years of proven experience in lead generation for IT services/technology companies. Strong knowledge of tools. Understanding of B2B sales processes and SaaS/IT services industry. Excellent communication, research, and presentation skills. Ability to generate qualified leads from multiple geographies (US, UK, Middle East, APAC). Experience in running email campaigns, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach. Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in working with start-ups or growing IT service-based companies.
