Job Description

The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for researching, identifying, and validating leads across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy, automation, and high-intent targeting. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, tool expertise, and hands-on experience in demand generation within sales/marketing agencies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, clean, and maintain accurate CRM data to ensure pipeline health and reporting integrity.


  • Apply advanced

    Excel

    skills for data manipulation, reporting, and analysis of lead generation activities.


  • Develop and optimize lead lists based on

    high-intent keywords

    , search trends, and ICP targeting.


  • Execute scraping activities ethically and effectively to enrich prospect data.


  • Set up and manage

    email campaigns

    , ensuring deliverability and engagement.


  • Leverage knowledge of

    automations and integrations

    to streamline workflows across CRM, marketing, and sales systems.


  • Support multi-channel outreach campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience

    in lead generation, preferably within a

    sales/marketing agency

    .


  • Proven hands-on experience with

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Advanced

    Excel

    proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning, reporting).


  • Strong understanding of

  • Experience in

  • Familiarity with

    scraping techniques

    and ethical data sourcing.


  • Deep understanding of

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
