The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for researching, identifying, and validating leads across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy, automation, and high-intent targeting. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, tool expertise, and hands-on experience in demand generation within sales/marketing agencies. Key Responsibilities Research, identify, and qualify prospects through LinkedIn Sales Navigator , ZoomInfo , Seamless.ai , and other enrichment tools. Manage, clean, and maintain accurate CRM data to ensure pipeline health and reporting integrity. Apply advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, reporting, and analysis of lead generation activities. Develop and optimize lead lists based on high-intent keywords , search trends, and ICP targeting. Execute scraping activities ethically and effectively to enrich prospect data. Set up and manage email campaigns , ensuring deliverability and engagement. Leverage knowledge of automations and integrations to streamline workflows across CRM, marketing, and sales systems. Support multi-channel outreach campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Requirements 2+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably within a sales/marketing agency . Proven hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator , ZoomInfo , and Seamless.ai . Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning, reporting). Strong understanding of CRM systems , data hygiene, and pipeline management. Experience in RevOps functions (automation, integrations, workflows). Familiarity with scraping techniques and ethical data sourcing. Deep understanding of high-intent search, keywords, and targeting strategies . Knowledge of email campaign setup and performance optimization (advantage). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have Experience with additional enrichment tools and APIs. Familiarity with Sales Engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft, HubSpot).
