technical center in California, and Chennai, India. We are an Engineering Services firm

consisting of Industrial Automation solutions, Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and

Controls Engineering & Simulation experts who provide solutions to the Semiconductor,

Automotive, Biomedical, and Heavy Engineering industries. In addition to our services arm,

we are also building a next-gen AI solutions that empowers businesses to automate

conversations and improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation – Engineering Services & AI SaaS Products

 Identify and engage key decision-makers (CTOs, Engineering Managers, R&D Heads) in

target industries from the US, India.

 Build and maintain prospect databases using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo,

ZoomInfo, Instantly, etc.

 Craft and execute outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn,) focused on specific pain

points like automation, design cycles, or manufacturing delays.

 Align closely with the engineering and marketing teams to create high-conversion

campaigns tailored to niche sectors.

 Generate qualified leads for product demos and trials via outbound and inbound

channels across the US and global markets.

 Leverage thought leadership content (whitepapers, videos, webinars) to drive

awareness and engagement.

 Stay current with AI industry trends to deliver relevant and consultative outreach.

Daily/Weekly Tasks

 Execute multi-touch outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone.

 Manage and maintain CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

 Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize campaigns.

 Track KPIs: response rates, booked meetings, conversion to SQLs, etc.

 Handle LinkedIn and Email responses by collaborating with technical experts.

Key Requirements

 Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in engineering, technology, or

SaaS domains.

 Familiarity with long sales cycles and technical buyer personas.

 Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

 Hands-on with CRM and automation tools like Lemlist, Instantly, HubSpot, Snov.io, etc.

 Bonus: Experience with AI tools/products or industrial engineering services.

Preferred Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

 Tech-savvy and data-driven mindset.

 Ability to understand and translate complex engineering and AI solutions into business

value.
