Advanced Engineering Services is looking for SEO canditates Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2–4 years Reports To: Sr Marketing Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a results driven SEO Analyst to manage and optimize our digital presence across two core business verticals, Engineering Services (Industrial Automation, Product Development, CAE,) & AI Products (SaaS). The ideal candidate will have strong technical SEO skills, a deep understanding of B2B marketing, and the ability to tailor SEO strategies for both service-based and product-based offerings. Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy tailored to both engineering services and the AI chatbot product. Conduct keyword research and intent analysis to support service pages, blog content, and product landing pages. Build topic clusters for both technical service domains and conversational AI. 2. On-Page Optimization Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, URL structure, internal linking, and schema markup. Create SEO-optimized copy briefs for blogs, case studies, product pages, and service offerings. Align messaging with industry-specific keywords and pain points of ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles). 3. Technical SEO Perform technical audits using tools like Screaming Frog , SEMrush , or Ahrefs . Optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, and indexability. Manage structured data, canonical tags, and sitemaps. 4. Content & Collaboration Collaborate with graphics designers, content writers and technical SMEs to develop posts, ensure SEO-aligned content. Recommend and manage blog topics relevant to each vertical (e.g., predictive maintenance, CAD automation, AI). Support video SEO and LinkedIn Communications. 5. Off-Page & Link Building Develop and execute a white-hat link-building strategy focused on industry-relevant backlinks. Outreach to niche engineering, AI, and SaaS publications. 6. Analytics & Reporting Monitor KPIs including organic traffic, keyword rankings, bounce rates, CTR, conversions, and engagement. Use Google Analytics , Search Console , and third-party tools to prepare monthly performance reports. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and A/B testing. Track KPIs: response rates, booked meetings, conversion to SQLs, etc. Handle LinkedIn and Email responses by collaborating with technical experts. Key Requirements Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in engineering, technology, or SaaS domains. Familiarity with long sales cycles and technical buyer personas. Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
