Lead Generation - Marketing Manager (Demand Gen, Growth Strategy, ABM) Location: Bangalore Experience: 6-10 years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or digital strategy Role Summary We are seeking a data-driven and growth-oriented Marketing Manager to lead Aereo s lead generation function across digital, inbound, and offline channels. This leadership role will be responsible for owning the demand generation strategy, driving pipeline growth, and managing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will ensure strong alignment between marketing and sales while overseeing campaign execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization. Key Responsibilities Build and execute the end-to-end lead generation strategy for enterprise and mid-market accounts in target geographies. Own Aereo s Email Campaigns, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Webinars, Events, SEO-driven inbound strategies, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Lead and mentor a team of marketing specialists to drive measurable business outcomes across lead generation, brand visibility, and campaign execution. Collaborate with content and design teams to launch high-impact campaigns, aligned with buyer personas and decision journeys. Track and report on marketing KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, funnel conversion, and ROI. Ensure alignment with Sales by refining lead qualification, handoff, and nurturing processes. Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and market insights. Oversee the use and effectiveness of CRM (Zoho), marketing automation, and website performance tools. Support regional growth initiatives in international markets including GCC, Brazil, and Australia through targeted lead gen strategies. Proven track record of driving pipeline growth for SaaS, enterprise tech, or B2B services. Experience managing email campaigns, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, webinars, events, and inbound strategies. Proficient in Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and campaign performance tools. Demonstrated fluency with AI marketing tools for campaign execution, personalization, and automation. Experience managing cross-functional marketing teams and working with sales leadership. Exposure to international markets including GCC, Brazil, and Australia is a plus.
