Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Own and deliver organic search strategies that support business goals across Motherhood portfolio of sites

2.Drive initiatives around technical audits, site architecture, structured data, keyword strategies and internal linking.

3. Innovate and experiment. Stay on the cutting edge of whats next in search and customer journeys.

4. Defining and executing the SEO strategy across content, tech, and off-site

5. Leading keyword research, opportunity analysis, and roadmap creation.

6. Managing site audits and working with developers to implement fixes.

7. Aligning content with search intent, user journeys, and conversion goals

8. Overseeing backlink profiles, link-building strategy, and digital PR efforts

9. Collaborating with content, UX, and brand teams to improve performance

10. Reporting rankings, traffic, and ROI to stakeholders

11. Managing SEO budgets and external vendor relationship

12. Implement local and international SEO techniques across local (Google My Business listings) and international website .
