Lead Generation Manager

As a Lead Generation Manager in Medical & Beauty Education, you will play a crucial role in establishing strong connections, driving lead generation efforts, and fostering partnerships to enhance brand visibility and enrollment for our education programs. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining relationships with colleges, hospitals, beauty academies, salons, clinics, and training centers through regular visits and presentations to promote our medical and beauty education programs. - Implementing lead generation strategies within your assigned region to ensure consistent enrollment growth on a monthly and quarterly basis. - Coordinating closely with the Sales Manager to align marketing initiatives with admissions objectives. - Engaging in on-ground events such as medical conferences, beauty expos, workshops, and student fairs to enhance brand presence and attract potential students. - Establishing partnerships and collaborations to drive lead flow and build trust in our brand. - Creating customized marketing materials tailored to different target audiences, including doctors, students, and beauty professionals. - Monitoring lead flow and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimize strategies based on real-time feedback and performance metrics. - Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the medical and beauty education sectors to drive continuous improvement and innovation. We are seeking candidates with 4-7 years of experience in field marketing, business development, or admissions, preferably in the fields of education, healthcare, or beauty training.
