We are seeking a highly motivated and strategy-oriented Business Development Executive with prior experience in the IT sector (Web Development, Digital Marketing, Mobile Applications). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving growth across multiple business channels.

Key Responsibilities· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in web development, digital marketing, and mobile app solutions.
· Manage lead generation activities through direct outreach (calls, LinkedIn, networking), email marketing campaigns, cold reach/prospecting, and online marketplaces (Upwork, PeoplePerHour, Freelancer, etc.).
· Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth targets.
· Adapt and switch between strategies quickly if a particular channel is not delivering results.
· Prepare and deliver business presentations, pitch decks, and proposals (PPT-based).
· Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, and product teams) to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
· Maintain accurate lead pipelines, track progress, and prepare regular reports.
Required Skills & Competencies· Experience: 1.5 – 3 years in Business Development within the IT sector.
· Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services, especially web development, digital marketing, and mobile applications.
· Lead Generation Expertise: Hands-on experience in direct channels, email marketing, cold reach, and online marketplace bidding.
· Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft and implement business strategies, adapt quickly, and explore alternate approaches when needed.
· Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English, strong interpersonal skills.
· Presentation Skills: Proficiency in creating pitch decks, proposals, and PPTs tailored to client needs.
· Analytical Skills: Ability to assess business opportunities and prepare insights-driven recommendations.
