Role & Responsibilities – Lead Generation Executive (LGE)

We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive (LGE) to support our business development and sales team by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospective clients in the HR-tech space. As an LGE at StaffProof, you will be the first point of contact in the sales funnel, responsible for researching potential customers, initiating conversations, and generating qualified leads for our Business Development Executives.

This role is crucial to building a strong sales pipeline and requires a blend of research skills, communication abilities, and persistence. You'll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and help StaffProof expand its footprint among HR departments, recruitment firms, and staffing companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted research to identify potential clients aligned with StaffProof’s offerings.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound emails, LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, and other channels.
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools with accurate details and interaction history.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with qualified leads.
  • Work with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns for maximum lead engagement.
  • Monitor lead generation performance and suggest process improvements for better conversion.
  • Stay updated on HR-tech industry trends and StaffProof’s platform features to effectively communicate value to prospects.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in lead generation, inside sales, or telesales, preferably in SaaS, HR-tech, or recruitment.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a persuasive and confident approach.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple outreach efforts.
  • A self-driven, target-oriented mindset with a passion for growth and continuous learning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
