Profile Analyst

Role – Profile Analyst: As a Profile Analyst, you’ll help us ensure data accuracy by verifying employment records, contacting previous employers, and validating documents submitted by employees. ⸻ ✅ What You’ll Do: Review resumes and verify details (employment, education, ID) Make verification calls to past employers and HR teams Communicate with candidates for missing or incorrect info Maintain records in Excel or internal systems Deliver verified profiles ready for Staffproof IDs ⸻ Requirements: Fluent in English (Telugu/Hindi is a bonus) Basic knowledge of HR, recruitment, or verification Freshers welcome with strong communication skills Comfortable with phone/email follow-ups and document checking Trustworthy and detail-oriented Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work from home Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
