Job Summary:


Lead Generation Executive


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify potential leads and business opportunities through market research, online platforms, and multiple data scraping tools (3–5 tools).
  • Support the sales team by reaching out to prospective clients via emails, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, and other platforms.
  • Execute email campaigns and digital outreach strategies to nurture leads.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools with client and lead information.
  • Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to understand product offerings and deliver client-specific solutions.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
  • Participate in internal sales meetings and strategy sessions.
  • Maintain a database of leads and contribute to regular reporting.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and deal closure targets.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in IT, IoT, or mobile app development sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of IT and IoT products is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in data scraping, lead generation tools, and digital platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-up communication, and email campaigns.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.


Preferred Skills:


  • Familiarity with B2B lead generation strategies and sales funnels.
  • Ability to analyse lead data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in contributing to sales strategy and improving lead-to-deal ratios.
