Lead Generation Executive

Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented GeM Sales Executive to manage and drive sales through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, responding to tenders, ensuring compliance with government procurement rules, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Manage company profile, product catalog, and service listings on the GeM portal. Search, identify, and participate in relevant bids, tenders, and reverse auctions. Prepare and upload quotations, technical documents, and compliance certificates as required. Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, documentation, and order fulfillment. Track bid status, follow up on approvals, and ensure timely submission of responses. Handle buyer communications, clarifications, and contract formalities. Ensure compliance with GeM procurement policies and guidelines. Maintain MIS reports for management review on bids submitted, orders won, and revenue achieved. Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets through GeM opportunities. Desired Skills & Qualifications Graduate (any discipline); preference for candidates with background in Business/Commerce/IT. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, tendering, or government e-procurement (GeM experience preferred). Strong knowledge of GeM portal operations including bidding, RA, cataloging, and compliance. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet-based research. Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi; Bengali an added advantage). Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. High attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
