Identify and onboard domestic suppliers for categories such as nutrition, health supplements, personal care, packaging, and pet products (should be able to evaluate vendors based on pricing, quality, delivery timelines, and credit terms). Negotiate and finalize procurement deals, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining expected quality and consistency. Coordinate internal purchase operations, raise and track POs, ensure timely dispatches, and manage follow-ups with suppliers. Maintain accurate procurement documentation, including invoices, POs, and communication trails to ensure smooth audits and reconciliations. Monitor stock levels and reorder schedules by aligning closely with inventory and planning teams. Perform basic quality checks, request photos or confirmations from vendors during manufacturing to ensure any specific instructions (e.g., custom packaging, flavor adjustments) are followed correctly. Qualifications and Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in FMCG, personal care, or nutraceuticals. Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Strong negotiation, communication, and documentation skills. Proficiency in Excel and vendor management.
