Senior Accountant - Male Candidate

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Accountant to lead our financial operations. The role offers an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end accounts and finance functions, ensure statutory compliance, and contribute to business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Accounts & Finance Management Oversee day-to-day operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), reconciliations, and bookkeeping.
  
• Finalization of Accounts Ensure accurate closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts, preparation of Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow statements.
  
• Taxation & Compliance Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Advance Tax, and Income Tax. Ensure timely statutory filings and compliance with accounting standards.
  
• Audit Management Coordinate and manage Internal, Statutory, and Tax audits. Prepare documentation, address queries, and strengthen internal controls.
  
• Budgeting & Forecasting Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Conduct variance analysis and provide cost-control strategies.
  
• MIS & Financial Reporting Generate monthly/quarterly MIS reports with insights on revenue, expenses, and profitability for management decision-making.
  
• Treasury & Cash Flow Management Handle banking operations, working capital, LC/BG management, and optimize funds utilization.
  
• Process Improvement & ERP Implement SOPs, internal controls, and leverage ERP systems (Tally ERP / SAP / Oracle) for efficiency and accuracy.
  
• Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor the Accounts & Finance team, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely deliverables.
  
• Industry Knowledge – Manufacturing industry/ FMCG preferred, with the ability to handle sector-specific accounting challenges.
