Role & responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through proactive cold calling and strong relationship building.
  • Onboard new distributors to expand FMCG brand presence and strengthen market reach.
  • Track and analyze KPIs; optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the social media team for cohesive brand messaging.
  • Coordinate internally with production & dispatch teams and externally with logistics/courier partners for smooth operations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Age: 24+ years
  • From tele-calling / lead generation background
  • Strong communication in English & Hindi
  • Ready to learn and grow in sales roles
  • Good coordination & Excel expertise; exposure to Google/Meta Ads preferred.
